You need to look and feel the part to capture the full at home spa experience.

Choose your fluffiest towels, your cozy neck pillow, your favorite fuzzy slippers, and your best luxe bath robe—comfort is the name of the game here!

You can also enjoy your time by adding some awesome pampering essentials to your luxe set up. Be inspired and enjoy.

2. Set the mood

Now that you’re adorned in your comfy spa attire, it’s time to set the mood and recreate a classic spa atmosphere!

Start with music, simply choose a “Spa music” playlist from Apple, Spotify or YouTube and set it up to play on repeat.

Next, to set the mood you will need to indulge in your sense of smell. Scent is an essential part of any spa atmosphere, so grab your diffuser, candle or air freshener!

Don’t hesitate to use different scents or essential oils. The point is to research which properties respond to your needs. For example lavender is a lovely scent for serenity and to destress.

3. Set up healthy spa refreshments

Slice up some fresh fruits and place them in a lovely bowl drizzled with honey.

You’re comfortably dressed, the mood is set and you’ve got your refreshments ready, so now it’s time to indulge in your at-home treatments.
