Please present yourself and share a bit about your current work and projects.
My name is Anastasia, I am 32 years old. I am half Russian and half Lithuanian and been living in Yorkshire, the UK for the last 14 years. After working at BMW and MINI as a customer service manager and corporate business development manager for 9 years and moving on to project management role, I have graduated from The British School of Etiquette in March and have decided to pursue my dream of opening my etiquette school. I aim to help people of any age and background elevate, built confidence and develop soft skills to propel their success in any chosen field of endeavour. Harvard University researchers concluded that over 85% of future success depends on well-developed soft skills like communication, adaptability, social and people’s skills combined with strong emotional intelligence. With that in mind and estimated 40% of jobs being replaced by AI technologies within the next 15 years, I help people to successfully manage this transition into a new age and the biggest change in the job market since the Industrial Revolution.
What inspired your journey to become an etiquette expert?
My greatest inspiration and motivation to become etiquette consultant was to have an ability to change peoples lives, build their confidence and show that we can become anyone we want, regardless of any external factors. I want to help women across the world to reach their fullest potential and help them reach for the stars.
What are some modern misconceptions about etiquette that you would like to dispel?
The biggest misconception, in my opinion, is that etiquette is pretentious, old money, outdated concept. Now, more than ever, our soft skills, good manners and refinement plays the biggest role in progression, whether it is in social, business or private life.
In your professional opinion, what are a few main traits that indicate that a woman is well-mannered?
A well-mannered woman is a respectful, kind and confident woman. A woman with ‘more is less’ attitude, well presented in her unique way and a woman with strong believes and principles.
What are your best 3 practical tips to help women live with more refinement and decorum?
By far the most important tip for any woman to live more refined life is to take care of yourself and put yourself first. ‘You can’t pour from an empty cup’, I believe that in order for a woman to shine, be her best and take good care of her loved ones – she has to take care of her first.
Can you share some inspiring books that can help cultivate a more feminine and sophisticated life?
‘Madame Chic’ by Jennifer Scott is a great insight into how to make your life more beautiful every day. It is a great book with a French perspective on life.
What words of advice or encouragement would you have for others who are interested in pursuing a coaching career in etiquette or finishing school?
For anyone who is considering a career in etiquette I say ‘Go for it’, it is very rewarding work, where you will be enriching and changing people’s lives, whilst being at the forefront of the renaissance of good manners, respect and kindness.

Thank you for sharing those encouraging words! What’s next on yourjourney to lovely(your future goals and aspirations)?
My future goal and aspiration is to open a school for underprivileged girls and grow it to a global organisation. I was very lucky to be born into a loving and supportive family, who believed in me and supported me in any endeavour. Sadly, this isn’t the case for every girl out there. I want every single girl to know that she is a personality, she’s unique with limitless potential. I want every girl to believe that if she wants to be a couture model- she can, neuroscientist- she can, an engineer- she can, a mom with a house full of beautiful children- she can, a CEO or human rights activist- she can.
That’s awesome, truly wish you the best! Can you share what services you provide and how we can keep up with you online?
I specialize in the expansive world of British, Continental, Social and Business Etiquette, covering all aspects of Fine Dining, Afternoon Tea, Protocols and development of soft skills.
